Cornwall is situated in the South West of England. It boasts a spectacular coastline which tapers out into the Atlantic Ocean and is famous for being the setting and filming location for the epic story of Poldark.

Cornwall has an array of beautiful places to visit, from the attractive St. Ives with its white sandy beaches and crystal blue sea, to the outstanding natural beauty of Fowey, lined with gorgeous cottages and narrow cobbled streets which lead down onto the river Fowey.

The picturesque village of Polperro offers enchanting streets and pretty cottages surrounded by steep hillsides, set around a small harbour.

The coast either side of the harbour provides some wonderful walks to Talland Bay and Looe.

Cornwall has always been synonymous with pirates of the high seas as well as smuggling. You can find many small caves nestled between the coves that,  legend has it, was where pirates stashed their loot. There's also a plethora of traditional inns that were said to have been frequented by the bootleggers.

The beautiful beach of Newquay is also world famous for being one of the best surfing sites in Europe.
